We understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointments. We respectfully ask that all cancellations/rescheduled appointment must be done in at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is within 24 hours and before the appointment time, there will be a charge of 50%. If cancellation is at the time or after appointment was to begin or there is no call to cancel there will be a charge of 100%. Please also understand that if you arrive late, you will be given the remaining time left in your session but, not the full time. Thank you for understanding!
When making your appointment, please let us know if you need extra assistance in preparation for your massage or have special circumstances your therapist will need to be aware of. Do not get a massage if you are sick with a fever or other contagious illness. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you time to use the restroom and discuss problem areas and session expectations. If you are there earlier and the door is locked, please do NOT knock. Take a seat. We will be with you shortly. If you arrive after your appointment time, it will take that time away from your appointment. Communicate with your therapist regarding depth of pressure, talking during the massage, or if you do not want certain body parts touched (i.e. head, face, glutes, feet etc.). Let the therapist know if you have had any change in your medical status since your last massage. Be upfront about any medical conditions in order to receive the best service possible. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
We require masks in the studio to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We will check your temperature when you come in to the studio.
The massage rooms are disinfected and cleaned with Lysol wipes and Clorox spray after each massage. We NEVER reuse linens. We wash our hands before and after each session and have access to hand sanitizer in every room. Each massage room has an air purifier approved by the FDA. We are constantly cleaning in order to provide a safe environment for our clients and ourselves.
If you have or have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you are honest and reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 14 days.
If you are not feeling well the day of your appointment and are worried about symptoms, we will happily reschedule to prevent further spread of the virus.
There is no cancellation fee for illness but we do ask to call at your earliest convenience.
